Prioritizing Planning Tasks – Most couples do not even know where to begin when they first get engaged and feel very overwhelmed and anxious. I will walk through all of the planning with you in order of priority and help to tackle all of the details from large to small.

 

Selecting Vendors– I have cultivated a list of wedding vendors because I have planned many different kinds of weddings and special events.  I will ensure you are working with professionals in the industry.

 

Vendor Management– Selecting and contracting your vendors is just the first step. I will handle contract negotiations, convey your needs and vision to the vendors and handle all of the necessary communications with them.

 

Design and Styling- Helping you to develop the visual aesthetic of your wedding, we will look at all of the photos and inspirations you have collected and assist to interpret your taste and style. I will translate your vision from your inspirations to the actual look of your wedding through elements including linens, lighting, furniture, floral, dance floor, bars, print materials and more.

 

Branding and Printed Materials- I can create the branding of your wedding through print materials including monogram/logo, save the dates, invitations, ceremony programs, signs, favors, escort cards, etc.

 

Layout and Logistics- This includes, but is not limited to developing a detailed timeline of the full wedding day, management of transportation for bridal party and guests, the layout of ceremony and reception spaces for placement and design.

 

Ceremony Direction- I am onsite for every ceremony rehearsal. I direct and assist ceremony rehearsals with respect to instruction of what to expect during the ceremony and entire upcoming wedding day, placement of bridal party and family and everyone’s roles and responsibilities.

 

Onsite Wedding Day Management- I will be onsite at your wedding from the beginning of the set up until everyone has left the wedding at the end of the night. Your wedding  day will be a memorable day, making sure you and your guests are taken care of. It is my job to address all of the details so everything runs seamlessly and you get to enjoy every part of your day.
